The Wisdom Soup Recipe

Ingredients and Method
Take 250 g of beef and cut it in cubes of 1 cm of 1 cm.
Take 1 large onion, or several small ones and chopped them very thin.
Take 3 medium sized potatoes and cut them in cubes.
Take parsley as much as you get the size of 2 tbsps when it is chopped.
Take pumpkin and grated it with a fine grater so that you will get 4 tbsps of it.
Take 2 small carrots and grated them too.

2 tbsps of poppy seeds, grind them in a coffee grinder.
2 tbsps of natural oil (olive oil or rape oil).
bay leaf, pepper and salt, to taste.
1,5 liters of water.

Roll the cubes of meat in flour and fry it in oil until it get soft. After removing the meat on the remaining oil fry the onion until it is golden brown. All components with water are placed in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and cook it over.
Use low heat with the lid open. One hour and a half of boiling. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, blend the vegetables or stretch it with a wooden spoon, if necessary.
